Aside from messing up the weight and rep range for my bench top set, this session went well, overall. Go easy on me, haha. This is a new program style I have to get used to, and I was in a rush, reading it off of a tiny Excel Spreadsheet on my phone, and I am already terrible with numbers to begin with ?.

Man, I was not feeling strong at all today. Ques felt off, unracking game was really off, etc. However, my MIND wanted to excel. Despite everything, having 110 percent confidence makes all of the difference. The hardest part was just unracking the bar, but the rep itself went just fine. I just realized that you can't quite see all of the weight on the bar, particularly the 2.5 Kg plate at the end. That is unfortunate. I AIN'T NO LIAR, THOUGH. 120 Kgs MINIMUM is coming this year ??.

It felt so good to FINALLY to challenge 190 Kgs again, and this time DEMOLISH IT, with ease; even when I was feeling tired, off, and weaker. I definitely had more in me, but decided to save what little energy I had left for my Bench Press test, immediately after. I'm Looking forward to getting back to full strength, and to continue progressing. 200 Kgs is on the horizon ??.

Paused Deadlifts went okay. I was definitely feeling the fatigue today, but I was pretty sure I could still hit a solid PR. The top set didn't go as well as I wanted to, due to mishaps; but I still think it fit in the prescribed RPE range. Tempo Bench Press went quite well, and the top set felt quite smooth. Last week is going well, all things considered ??.

I was not feeling very good this morning, but I figured I felt good enough to train, so I went for it. Despite feeling off, the squatting went quite well! I had a few more reps in the tank, but I had decided to call it at 10 maximum no matter what. Especially since I was feeling sick, I didn't think it would be a good idea to push it too far. And I am glad that I did, because right after this, my state absolutely PLUMMETED. I have now been very sick since then, and am doing my best to recover. Hopefully I will be back sooner, rather than later!

At the end of the day, no matter what life throws your way, YOU are in charge of your own destiny, and how you choose to carry yourself, and view your life/situation. Life can get tough, and there are many attributing factors that can affect your mood/outlook; but ultimately YOU have the power and control over your perception of your situation/life, and the mindset that you adopt in relation to it. Stoicism is a virtue. A healthy headspace is incredibly important for progression and success ??
I think I've gone too hard with the training/accessory work lately, and it has come back to bite me, haha. I have been feeling super exhausted and weak, the past few training sessions, which is why I didn't upload anything from my recent squatting session. Felt totally weak and drained, and didn't do anything exciting. The weights felt incredibly heavy today; everything was moving slower, and my shoulders (particularly my left one) were feeling pretty creaky/naggy. I believe my previous best with this was only 4 reps, so this is technically a pretty good PR; especially considering my state, in this session. I maaaaaaybe had one rep in reserve, but that is a big if; and I definitely wasn't going ro chance it, already being so tired. It is a miracle I got to six, as I was, lol. I am sure I could hit one or two more, when feeling better. I am going to have to play it by ear, and potentially take it easier/take the foot off the gas a bit, if this exhaustion continues. Don't want to risk beating myself up too much; and god forbid, hurt myself.
