It’s the most twisted crime story in New Mexico history. Detectives uncovered a sex-torture chamber dubbed “Satan’s Den,” a treasure trove of women’s belongings and an audio cassette tape pre-recorded by a serial rapist for his victims...

(SWAPCAST) William Henry Gates III is just a simple, regular, multi-billionaire-tech-giant-philanthropist-extraordinaire. He's an average guy, the Co-Founder of Microsoft, and a savvy and shrewd businessman to the impressive tune of a measly net worth of $112.4 billion. He's just like you, and the more you think that that's the case, the happier he is. Bill Gates and people like him desire power, and with power comes influence, and from the outside looking in, that's not all that bad, is it? He originally started as a tech wiz kid, and now he's the philanthropist of our time. None of those decisions were carefully curated by a marketing team and absolutely none are disingenuous. After all, there's no way of knowing is there?
Episode 62 of the Wolf and Bull podcast is quite a special episode indeed. We've teamed up with Tom and Anton from The Strange Brew Podcast! to discuss Bill Gates and how his social perception has potentially slid into Mandela Effect territory. Whether that's by design or by accident, we may never know, but what we do know is that the boys from The Strange Brew Podcast! are quite a bundle of insight and fun! Listener beware, our conversation strays just a tad from the main topic, but we find a way to wrangle it under control to provide you with a thought-provoking episode.

When people hear the words “ghosts” and “Christmas” in the same sentence, one is likely to immediately think of those of Charles Dickens’ beloved classic story A Christmas Carol, with Scrooge and his harrowing night of being visited by the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future.
Other than this, it does not seem that this season of joy and peace should have anything at all to do with ghosts and phantoms, with hauntings typically the furthest thing from people’s minds at this time of year. And yet there are eerie places out there that are not only are haunted, but choose to demonstrate their supernatural mysteries only at Christmas time,
There are a lot of spooky paranormal occurrences tied to Christmas that seem to revolve around certain places that for one reason or another become haunted at Christmas time, and have so for a very long time.

It wouldn't be Strange brew if we didn't go off the rails, sometimes there's not even a track! ?
In 1984, a rural community in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada, made headlines when stories of inbreeding came to light. The Goler family, who had been practicing intra-family marriages for generations, was at the heart of it all. From the Blue Fugates of Kentucky to the Habsburg dynasty, cases of inbreeding have fascinated the public for ages.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police charged the Goler clan with approximately 137 counts of incest and abuse, and over a dozen family members went to prison. But what the public quickly discovered was that more than punishment, the Golers needed help after enduring generations of extreme poverty and social prejudice

Everybody seems to have known a nurse, to have one in their family, or at least to have received nursing care at some stage in their life. Nurses are seen to be compassionate, caring and ethical. If a nurse goes off track and does something that causes harm to others, it makes the headlines.
People find it hard to think about a nurse intentionally killing someone. Their job is to help and protect people, would intentionally hurt someone. Nurses who kill are seen as deviant and wicked, and should be locked away for life. Of course, this is probably right, in the most simplistic sense. But, what if a nurse thought that killing patients was the right thing to do?
Tomcat and Anton talk about the nazi nurses of the third reich on this episode of strange brew as we get slightly serious and discuss some of the horrible history behind the people who were supposed to take care of people, doing the complete opposite.

Mass hysteria is a psychological phenomenon which has been documented since the Middle Ages. Political turmoil, environmental stress, fear of the unknown, and the need for social acceptance from our peers can often cause us to behave in an irrational manner, and throughout history, close-knit groups, such as schools and small communities, have experienced inexplicable episodes of mass hysteria and Thats tonight Strange Topic.
