Resident Evil 3, Seamless HD Project, Dolphin
This is the definitive RE3 HD retexture mod. It works for the PC version, Dolphin for pc, and Android. This was done with Dolphin for PC.
To install on Dolphin: Download the emulator from the website. Unpack it somewhere on your computer. Then download the DDS pack. Move the content of the DDS pack to User/Load/Textures (in your Dolphin folder), then start the game, and enjoy!
(It is mandatory that you use their custom, portable version of dolphin for Seamless HD, RE3 to work!) Custom Dolphin download is available at their site.

An amazing HD Texture Pack that not only replaces textures, but also the 2d pre rendered models with fully animated 3d models. The Author of this mod put a lot of love and time into this. It looks, and plays fantastic.
I stretched the aspect ratio to fit the screen, but you can play in native 4:3.

PCSX2 Nightly v1.7
HD Texture installation:
1) Once you've downloaded the texture pack, extract the zip file.
2) The extracted replacements folder will be inside the game ID folder (ex.SLUS 20552 )
3) Put the game ID folder inside PCSX2's texture folder.
4) In PCSX2, go to Settings - Graphics - Texture Replacement, and enable Load Textures, Precache Textures, and Asynchronous Texture Loading.
60fps Hack Installation:
6) unzip file then move all 4 files into Cheats folder in the PCSX2 directory, then (enable cheats) under setting/emulation in PCSX2.
Enable Widescreen:
7) Enable Widescreen Patches under Settings/Graphics.
8) Launch the game.
9) (Optional) Turn off (Trails) in the Vice City game options under Options - Graphics- Trails- Off.
10) Go to Options - Graphics - Widescreen and On.

Crashing the first six Heavyweight vehicles in Burnout 3, that you unlock in the game. There are lots of crash scenarios (100) and 11 Heavyweight vehicles to unlock in the game. The Heavyweight Vehicles can only be used in Crash Mode.
One thing to note about this game on PCSX2 is that if you want to use hardware mode to play in higher resolution, when you launch the game, have it in software mode, then after the first loading screen switch it to hardware mode. If you don't, the sky will be missing, and it will be un textured blackness for the sky. Can be annoying if you don't know the trick.
I am looking forward to unlocking even bigger Heavyweight vehicles for the next video.
