There are many things you can do to ease hip pain. One of the best ways to reduce pain is to lose fat. Cardio is a great way to lose fat quickly and efficiently. It also helps to improve your mobility and flexibility. Another great way to reduce hip pain is to improve your range of motion. You can do this by doing stretches and exercises that improve your flexibility. These exercises will help to stretch out your muscles and ligaments, making it easier for you to move your hips. As a result, you will experience less pain and stiffness in your hips.

If you have tight hips do these exercises. These will help release your hip flexors and psoas which can alleviate pulling on your back.
