After 2 years living like a hermit, I am going more than 2 miles away from home. A daytrip to the beach in the UK at the beginning of the summer.

It is a fact: our minds race from one thought to another and, while there are so many techniques to calm the mind that we must practice in order to work on our wellbeing, I find one of them especially effective and pretty easy since it doesn’t require any effort whatsoever other than press the play button.
I have put together a video to help with falling asleep as I have been struggling as well with it.
An easy way to focus your mind on relaxation is repeating something over and over, like a mantra.
So let’s get comfortable...it doesn’t matter if you are in your bed at night right now, or needing a cheeky nap in the middle of the day… just close your eyes and listen...
