Today, I will show you how to prepare Beerakaya endu Royyalla
Pulusu
If you try this curry once, you will never forget the taste
If you feel like eating something tasty, try this curry
To prepare the curry, first we have to wash the royal pot
in water 3 to 4 times
Now, heat a pan and add enough oil
Once the oil is hot, add some mustard and cumin seeds
Take 2 medium sized onions and roughly chop them
Once the onions are fried, add the ginger garlic paste
Keep in mind, if you add the ginger garlic paste that you
store, the taste of the curry will change completely
Even now, if you add the ginger garlic paste occasionally,
the taste will be very good
After the onions are fried for 1 minute, add 1 big tomato
and some curry leaves
Now, add the chopped beerakaya pieces
We don't have to cook the tomatoes
At this stage, we have to add the beerakaya pieces
As you can see, we have to add the beerakaya pieces and fry
them for 1 minute
Add some salt and turmeric powder and close the lid
Let the beerakaya pieces cook for 5 minutes in low flame
Once the beerakaya pieces are cooked, add the royal pot
that we washed earlier
Now, add the red chilli powder that is sufficient for the
curry
I am adding 2 spoons of red chilli powder 2 spoons of red
chilli powder is sufficient for the curry
After adding the red chilli powder, add 1 tsp of coriander
powder and a pinch of cumin powder
Mix everything well
After mixing, close the lid and let it cook for 3 to 4
minutes in low flame
If we let it cook like this, the taste of the curry will be
enhanced
After cooking, remove the lid and add water according to
the quantity of the curry
I am adding 1 glass of water

If you want more quantity of curry, you can add another
glass of water
Mix everything well and check the salt and chilli
As you can see, the beerakaya pieces are cooked well and
ready to be served
Now, switch off the stove and serve it with hot rice
Serve it with hot rice, add some gravy on it and add the
beerakaya pieces on top
If we eat one by one, the taste of the curry will be
enhanced
