Well the GAPS are GOOD.... but it was TOO COLD This week we got the gaps figured out... and I am pleased with how it turned out. We would have gone further but temps in the teens makes my hands not work very well... Hopefully next time we can start welding in the drivers side.. STARTING to refinish the ORIGINAL FENDER + New TOOL!! @eastwoodco This week we try out the Eastwood SCT Contour tool. I must say I enjoyed it and this is not a sponsored video.. We cleaned the fender and then went to town on it with the contour tool. It uncovered a lot of dings and dents that will need to be hammered out and skimmed over. In this video we finish welding up the hole in the middle of the floor. It looks ugly but its in there. Push on it the whole floor moves so Im pretty happy with it. I will clean up the welds and do some more filling but I think it will work.. On a side note: Wear a welding helmet.......... I have a "sun burn" on my face from not wearing mine.
