Court sides with Christian Printers who Refused to make Pride T-Shirts
The Kentucky Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of a Lexington business that refused to print a T-shirt for the city's pride festival in 2012.
Hands On Originals, a T-shirt printing business in Lexington, refused to print the shirt because one of the owners, Blaine Adamson, said the message conflicted with his religious beliefs.
The Kentucky Supreme Court ruled that the Lexington Human Rights Commission, which filed the complaint, lacked "statutory standing" to bring the suit.
A concurring Justice David C. Buckingham went further, saying the HRC "went beyond its charge of preventing discrimination in public accommodation and instead attempted to compel Hands On to engage in expression with which it disagreed."

Lee, a Republican, is blocking confirmation of Chai Feldblum to the EEOC. Feldblum – a left-wing Democrat – is known as the architect of former President Barack Obama’s LGBT agenda.
Feldblum has a history of making controversial statements about religious liberty when it comes in conflict with the “rights” of LGBT activists.
In a 2006 Weekly Standard report, Maggie Gallagher noted that, after news broke that Catholic Charities in Boston would be required to place adoptive children with same-sex couples to keep its license, Feldblum’s response did not suggest a respect for religious freedom.
“When push comes to shove, when religious liberty and sexual liberty conflict, she admits, ‘I’m having a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win,’” Gallagher reported on Feldblum’s reply.

Shigellosis, or shigella, is an intestinal infection caused when bacteria found in poop gets into your mouth.
Shigella can be caught from rimming, oral sex, or putting your fingers in your mouth after handling used condoms, douches or sex toys, the LGBT Foundation says.
The LGBT Foundation says you can lower your risk of infection by washing your hands, bum and genitals after sex.

Senator Perry says he wrote the bill to protect a person’s religious beliefs.
