== On Easter, my church used PVP3 to display video as an upside down triangle on our LED wall.
That got me thinking, "How could I do that in Pro7?" Well, in today's tutorial, I'll show you EXACTLY HOW TO do just that. You might think that you'd just add a triangle shape to the mask, but NO, that won't work.

On today's Tech, No Babel: Troubleshooting Techniques: Using a Fox and Hound Tool
One of the great things about troubleshooting is that you don't always have to rely on tests you devise to figure out what's wrong. Sometimes, there's a tool that will help you.
That's what today's show is all about. A fox and hound (also known as a tone generator and probe) is a tool that helps you find cables. You may know where each end is, but not know which end on one side goes with what cable.

[tweet "Look for these things to avoid twitter scams."]
1. A link that takes you to a Twitter login page (check the URL; it's not Twitter).
2. Any link that you must "copy and paste for security."
3. A link from someone that's out of character for them.
4. Buying followers. This isn't technically a scam. It is against Twitters terms of service and it's useless, unless you're a major Hollywood celebrity and then it's just wrong.

http://TrinityDigitalMedia.com/church-tech On today's Tech Help for Churches, Streamable, Downloadable, Playable, & Making your Podcast Better
You have an advantage that many big media companies don't. You can make your content available any way people want to consume it. So, I recommend that you make it easy to download (if it's a podcast, it should already be downloadable, but make sure it's easily downloadable), streamable (so that they can listen when they're out and about without fully downloading), and playable in as many ways as makes sense, but without DRM (digital rights management).
Once you've done that, do your best to make the content better. Learn from the masters of shows like yours (in format, not content).

Once you have your account set up, how do you actually create a church email newsletter? It's not hard, but there are some things that most churches miss.
A snazzy email newsletter may actually hurt deliverablity, at least with google. Gmail's priority inbox filters commercial email and puts it in a separate folder. One of the things they use to see if it's commercial is the amount of images. One is no biggie, but if it's more, you may be filtered out.
