[BG3#89] Baldur's Gate 3 (Tactician difficulty) - Halsin abduction and the Sourcerous Sundries :D
Yep, looks like going into the sewers may not have been a very good choice for initial places of exploration. Orrin took Halsin (well, I don't really care much to be honest xD) so our party must see to his safe return.
But instead of traversing the sewers all the way, we are instead going to switch our focus into another place that I loved from BG1, the Sourcerous Sundries :D Let's see what kind of cool loot we can pick up there!

As we continue exploring the Hanging Sepulchers we manage to find more parts of the Eulogy to Yseyr. With that we are able to gain access to a protected tomb where Yseyr the Berathian lies in wait :o
His zeal and devotion to Berath rewarded him with eternal life of service as a powerful death guard, but one where we can actually reason with!
We had a friendly conversation and parted in agreement on peaceful terms :)
*but*... tiny mustache man spotted a nice shiny flail on Yseyr... and I'm a sucker for flails :(

After exploring the outskirts of the shadow lands we finally take our first steps in the Reithwin village area. The first building we get to actually holds something very interesting! The Reithwin Tollhouse is apparently managed by a member of the Thorm family - Gerringothe Thorm :o

As we explore more of the wilderness we come across some people who seem to belong to some strange cult. Mentions of a "True Soul" and "the Aboluste" are given... These may be relevant in the future so let's keep them in mind. Our charismatic leader Wyll is able to convince these nutters that we are on their side and they share the location of a cave holding a particularly strong monster, an Owlbear!

Exploring the interior of the Engwithan digsite has led us to find Oderisi, or what is left of him, near a very large adra pillar. This pillar was dark and devoid of any souls after Eothas passed through here. Tiny mustache man gets a revelation about this and even speaks to Eothas who just leaves us with some enigmatic lines. He seems to be sucking out the souls of the adra pillars he passes by.
After this, we decide to take one more combat challenge in this area by going into the dangerous ancient training hall! Piercing weapons are not recommended here :p

After some much needed inventory clearing our party continues their adventure. Some revelations regarding the Absolute and the magical artefact that Shadowheart is carrying around creates some tension between Lae'zel and Shadowheart (they never liked each other too much anyway!)...
Our next destination is the Swamp! A place that was seemingly a very magical and beautiful place was no more than an illusion set my a witch. Time to find out what's going on here :D
