Well the neighbor from hell is once again playing her games in the court room.... David Alexander (her latest false claim of elder abuse to get a restraining order) was found on the ground December 6th face first in front of her mailbox with a major head wound requiring 27 stiches.... he had been living in his car after the police were kind enough to assist him in removing some of his clothes from his room on that rainy night of December 1st.... he went to check his mail since he hadn't been able to... & somehow required the aide of an ambulance. No witnesses as to what happened... only that a person driving by saw him on the ground and called the ambulance. David arrived at my house the night before Court to confirm he was going in the morning & requested a letter for the Judge that states I do not believe he is a danger.... He arrived on the morning of Court (12-19-2023)... I warned him that Ms. Crosnoe would panic when she saw he actually showed up & would ask for a continuence... I also informed him she clearly wrote a bunch of lies & he needed to see what she accused him of. Keep In Mind- NOTHING prevented her from dropping the claim. but alas- she is bored & loves to manipulate the court system... I believe Linda Crosnoe Needs To Be Investigated By The D.A. For all her fraudulent claims of elder abuse. Yes- my evil neighbor is predictable. Tomorrow is the day I go to Court (Trial De Novo) against my neighbor who committed perjury to obtain a restraining order.... as a retaliation for losing when I sued her for destroying my fence.- once again I need to prepare - & have all my documents, pictures/ videos etc as this will be the 3rd Judge that I will be REQUIRED to PROVE that my neighbor & her grandson needs to be held accountable for their intentional lies.- Kelly Vs.
