I got the "USA Dreamcast" in Europe/UK. I got It working well with the "Step up & Down Transformer" to knock It down the power. If you use this without the console, It will blow up the power supply and It will not work. So I got the console is *120v* but in my place is *240v* so I use "step up & Down Transformer" and I use the "TVSCART" so It does the trick, but I know If I put the "AVCable " on the TV, I will see the "Black and white screen" because I brought this console from America, and I'm from Europe. I'm did studied very hard online, It took me few days to studying It and now... I'm happy with It, I'm very proud of myself.
