for potpie use 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix, put half of mix in bottom of greased pan, add your stew, then top with rest of cornbread mix. cook @400f for 17 mins or until browned and toothpick comes out clean.
for egg casserole, use 6-8 eggs, 2/3cup milk, 1/4 cup dried bellpeppers, 1 table spoon dried onion. 1 piece of finely diced precooked barbecue chicken, 1/2-3/4 cup mixed shredded cheese. mix everything together very well. grease pan, add mixture, cook at 350-400(depends on oven/amount) for 30-35 mins. remove after a toothpick comes out dry
