1987 Otis Series 1 Hydraulic Elevator at 6100 Fairview Parking Deck (Charlotte, NC)
This has a red indicator, red lantern, and red glows! Besides that, this is fairly basic and expected for a parking garage.

While this isn't the first ever time I've filmed a 3300, this IS my first time filming an Older One. I saw a few at an apartment building in Raleigh, but go figure, the door to get in to the elevator lobby was locked and restricted, so those don't really count.
This one is rather unique as it's a Double Door. The Floors of the apartment space open up on the opposite side compared to the entrance. Overall, pretty cool! However, I much prefer the newer ones.
I think there's more here, but they will have to wait for another time.

According to the records, this is stated as a ThyssenKrupp, which more than likely means this was possibly a Dover at one point.
This elevator was modded likely in the 2000’s by Cavinder Elevator with PTL Performer. Considering Cavinder has more interesting and better mods out there than other companies, this mod right here is a disappointingly mediocre mod.

Here is a well known location! This is one of the four "public" elevators here at this Furniture Mart, however there are a few more elevators here besides the main 4 that are not for public use, including another Huge Impulse like this!
This thing is a massive big boi, having plenty of space for passengers and for hauling furniture up and down as this thing supports up to 5000 lbs! The fixtures are charming as well as its your 1980's style Impulse put in around the Early 1990's. Unfortunately, the cab is getting a bit beat up and worn out on the steel side, and the Arrow Laterns were also replaced at one point with some Innovation ones, although I do like these Dotted Style Arrow Laterns they make.

This is a random building with many places to check out, kinda like a shopping center as well as the main section which is more event orientated. This is a basic 2 Story Hydro with an audible motor and boring fixtures. I don't think this is MRL since I think I saw the Machine Room door right next to the elevator if I remember correctly.

Okay, what the hell did I stumble upon? I was intrigued to not find an Otis for once and I stumbled upon this Schindler Elevator at a shopping building that holds Blossoms, a restaurant, and a lot more. This features a KeyPad COP, similar to a phone style keypad!
Safe to say, this is the first time I’ve ridden an elevator that required the use of a Keypad Panel to go up and down! Upon further research, this is a Smart Model Schindler Elevator! The elevator is pretty damn sweet and has to be one of my favorite Internation Elevator Model, but besides that and a mirror that failed to face reveal me, there’s not much else to this. I’m definitely going to try to reride this elevator if I do come back! It sucks these are rare though.

Here is one of the several Montgomery Conventional elevators here. While Montgomery Conventionals are my least favorite Montys, they always have some charm to them.
This one has a good motor and runs well. I remember it running kinda crappy back in 2020, so I'm glad it runs a lot better than back then.

These are the High Rise Elevators at the First Tennessee Plaza tower.
Like the last cabs, these have button replacements. The Call Panels have Adams SurvivorO buttons (Otis Touch button replacements, which is weird since they were likely Lexan buttons originally, but close enough) and an Interesting choice of Innovation Premier buttons on the Car Panels. The buttons are more spaced out compared to the low rise cabs, which is nice. At least the button replacements likely make sense as the original Otis Lexan buttons may have been very worn.
These are nice looking cabs though and they did keep the Origial Square Otis "Lexan" Floor Indicators. Each Outer Circular Floor Lanterns have a different chime and bell for each floor and cab! I believe these might be Elevonic 101's as the machinery and equipment might still be Original! The only thing I don't like are the ridiculously reflective cabs, makes its hard to film without revealing my face. lol

This thing is cursed AF! This could be a Oildraulic Install with the Typical Northern Fixtures and a Generic CE Indicator. This thing is definitely is on a TAC Controller and has the Dover Buzz and Up/Down Chimes, which is just cursed. I made that custom edited Northern chime on the intro to make this video even more cursed! This runs better than the main set of Traction Elevators.
