Elite Dangerous Halloween 3309 2023 - FULL LOGS *Spoliers*
A large naval squadron has gone rogue in the Shamash system, amid claims of widespread mental instability caused by an unknown signal.
Security forces for the Shamash Future faction were practising fleet manoeuvres, shortly before they turned their weapons against passing traffic. Lieutenant Commander Mackenzie Coates , one of the officers coordinating Fleet Exercise Grey Swan, told the media:
“All crews deployed for the exercise are now ignoring orders and attacking anything within range. The evidence we’ve gathered suggests they’re suffering from violent mania, caused by some kind of mass psychological disturbance. They are still capable of operating the ships, making them a danger to civilians.”
“Garrett Orbital outpost reported an anomalous multi-frequency signal during Grey Swan, which also broke through our primary comms network. We think it’s related to the violence Shamash is now facing, but with all the chaos we haven’t had a chance to investigate further. Garrett Orbital is now in lockdown, while security teams onboard try to contain outbreaks of aggression from affected personnel.”
A popular news program, 'Frameshift Live', was broadcasting from Garrett Orbital around the time of the fleet exercise. Disturbing footage indicates the presenters were similarly affected by this unexplained hysteria.
The San Tu State Network megaship Khonsu Gleam, present in Shamash on unrelated business, has been asked to host defensive efforts since the system lacks a starport. Captain Ulrich Maurer has agreed to remain and support Shamash Future, by organising countermeasures against the Grey Swan fleet.
Speculation have been raised that the ‘anomalous multi-frequency signal’ might be a new Thargoid weapon, or a test of experimental mind-affecting technology. However, no alien or unauthorised vessels have been detected in the system, and the signal’s origin remains unconfirmed

Following on from a patchy launch - the PULSE WAVE XENO SCANNER is NOW AVAILABLE. However at the time of writing this and makig this Elite Dangerous video - it was not available at all Rescu ships - we have found a location however and have our hands on one. This video takes you through the stepsd to locat a PULSE WAVE XENO SCANNER, how much a PULSE WAVE XENO SCANNER costs and what its all about.
Deliveries of ceramic composites, polymers, gallium and indium were immediately put to use mass-producing the pulse wave xeno scanner. Distribution is underway and rescue ships have already begun stocking the module.
Professor Alba Tesreau, head of Aegis, released a statement:
“The Thargoid Titans represent not only the greatest threat to humanity, but also the greatest scientific opportunity in a generation. Learning more about these enormous constructs could be crucial to our understanding of the Thargoid species, which I still believe is the only path to ending the war.”
“A coalition of Allied, Federal and Imperial technicians worked around the clock to modify Professor Palin’s xeno scanner using pulse wave technology. Thanks to the dedication of independent pilots in providing resources, the new module has been made available in excellent time.”
“Aegis has a keen interest in all information that can be gleaned about the Titans. I sincerely hope that the data we acquire will add to our scant knowledge about the Thargoids and lead to further discoveries.”

Tactical Combat Department is a tactical turn-based strategy game inspired by Swat games.
You command a special intervention squad that intervenes in various situations and environments. This is the 7th mission entitled city sewers

Psychology
Civilians and armed suspects have certain morale and react to the stimuli around them. With the help of voice pressure, it is possible to force the opponent to cooperate. However, this may not be enough for long distances. Some give up easily; some do not. In case of failure, it is possible to use other options such as Pepper spray or blinding grenade.
Fight tactics and breaking the door
Choose from an intense dynamic action such as blasting the door or kicking them in. In this case, however, you can face opponents from the outside but also the inside. In many situations, therefore, a quiet action is more appropriate, like a slow opening of the door using a handle, the use of silent variants of weapons, etc.

How to Unlock Sorcery in Conan Exiles v3.0
In the new Conan Exiles v3.0 update, sorcery has been added to the game. Sorcery is a powerful new ability that can be used to cast a variety of spells, including healing, damage, and utility spells. To unlock sorcery, you will need to follow these steps:
Find the Tome of Kurak. The Tome of Kurak is a book that can be found in the Shaleback Hollow cave, which is located in the southeast corner of the Unnamed City.
Craft a Thaumaturgy Bench. Once you have the Tome of Kurak, you will need to craft a Thaumaturgy Bench. This can be done by using the following materials:

Sorcery is a powerful new ability that can be used to give you a significant advantage in combat or exploration. By following the steps above, you can unlock sorcery and start casting spells today.
Here are some additional tips for using sorcery:
Use the right spell for the situation. There are a variety of different spells available, so it is important to use the right spell for the situation. For example, if you are fighting a group of enemies, you might want to use a spell that deals damage to multiple targets.
Upgrade your spells. As you progress through the game, you will be able to upgrade your spells. This will make them more powerful and effective.
