Also double-check Windows file edit permissions, it can block the batch file from editing the file names. For the .bat file to work, Users need "Modify" permissions on the "English(US)" folder if you installed Genshin Impact into its default location - C:\Program Files. Note: If after login the game begins downloading 2.8GB (or more) of files, you should Alt+F4, rename the voice files back, then login and allow the game to update normally, then reapply the mod.
