He files lawsuits (and loses), films the police (for no good reason), and thinks he could enforce every law better (he can't). He falls into a tantrum equivalent to that of a teenager who is just bucking the system while being old enough to be my grandfather. In the course of his attempts to film a police traffic stop, the officer pulls him over for using an electronic device while driving, and Jeff has a meltdown.
