Welcome! My name is Stephanie and I educate on mind, body, spirit wholeness, empowerment, and integration. My journey has included several complex traumas that have proven to be my greatest gifts and has catalyzed my work and life. I was a child that could see incongruencies and imposter symdrome and always yearned for people to simply be themselves. I overgave until my people pleasing transmuted to severe illness where I had not other option to care and understand myself. I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and autoimmune condition that literally is a condition where the body attacks itself that lead to 5 years of dialysis and 2 kidney transplants. Self awareness work has offered me a tremendous life skill set to return to my life authentically.
