Today's video is a bit more into politics, something I usually don't go deep about, however this one is pretty interesting, It's about Andrew Yang's universal basic income idea, and why it might be a great idea. Andrew Yang is presidential candidate for 2020 presidency, I stumbled upon his interview with Ben Shapiro, where they had a discussion on a certain number of topics, one of them as I mentioned was Andrew Yang's universal basic income. And I personally think it might be a great Idea. I do think it's a good idea of having a 1000 dollars a month universal income, having a 12 grand a year it relief a lot of pressure of your back, especially when it comes to entrepreneurs who wants to start a business and go through with entrepreneurial activities, it won't put you in situations where you are desperate and can't go make a progress in anything. I know that a universal Income of 12 grand a year won't solve all your problems, but as I said it is still above poverty level and will motivate people to get jobs, become self-employed or even entrepreneurs. But if we go through with Andre Yang's universal basic income idea, you will be in a different situation, here you will have a thousand dollars a month that's coming in, you can build up that side business in 4 to 5 months where you can grow it to a thousand dollars a month too, and here you can stand on your feet and keep improving your entrepreneurial activities and work more on your business. Yeah you won't be living great at first, but you will have the freedom and foundation to improve your situation, and that's one of the reasons why I personally think Andrew Yang's universal basic income might be a great idea!
