As opposed to Sonic N which sounded awful, Sega Rally sounds... uh, really, really quiet. I couldn't hear anything!
I eventually found out AFTER recording that the possible reason is most likely that, for some reason, the default volume is at the ABSOLUTE LOWEST. Weird, weird, weird!
