March 24, 2021: I joined an online Toastmasters meeting in Ottawa. They did table topics, which is where they invite people to do a 2-minute speech on the spot, based on a question they ask. The woman asked me what part of my home I work in, when I work from home. I’ve talked about how I’m currently working in my parents’ basement, and I talked about the troubles I discovered when I sold my condo and tried working in hotels as a digital nomad.
